Hillary and Obama

It looks like Hillary has conceded the next few primaries to Obama. What will this mean for her election chances? She seems to be more concerned with showing folks that she is shaking up her team and that these wins don’t mean anything for Obama. . . trying to maintain the illusion that she is not in trouble. I want to know if the media will give her a pass again and keep waving the Clinton flag. They have got to smell the blood in the water that they love so much. Any day now they should start to really rip into her and the losses she keeps seeing over the next few days.

It should also be good for Obama to have the momentum from today going into the next set of big primaries. If he can take her on there and win who knows – the invincible Clinton machine may actually start to falter. It would be great to see that happen. Hillary getting bumped out of the race would be the first step in the people telling the politicians that we are sick of the same old stuff and won’t vote for it any more. I also wonder how this would effect her Senate seat if she looses here. . . . Could we be hoping for too much to see her replaced there too and forced out of politics? That is almost too much to wish for. Probably about as much chance of that happening as there is of us getting Fat Teddy out of office in MA. We need new blood in DC and the voters seem to be saying that. Now if they would only vote in some new blood instead of expecting everyone else to do it instead.
