News is that he collapsed at a lunch and had a seizure. Now I am about as opposite as can be of Sen. Kennedy as far as politics. I have looked forward to the day that he retires but I didn't want it like this. I had hoped that he would retire to deal with his heath issues and live out a peaceful life after politics. . . does not look like that is to be right now.
I have had family members die of cancer and I can't say I would ever wish that on anyone. If this is the end I hope it is quick and painless - the torture cancer can put you through is not only hard on the patient but also on the family as some of you may know. . .
So, Sen. Kennedy I wish you well and you and your family will be in my thoughts.
