More Bad Laws

Looks like MA is trying to get our guns again. . . I will write more on this latter but there are a bunch of bills in committee now, some good, many bad that deal with our right to own a gun under the Second Amendment. The most scary to me is one where they will force you to give them a list of all your handguns serial numbers, and proof of insurance for all of them in case anyone gets hurt by one before they will let you renew your permit. This is a blatant attempt to get around the law by making it too expensive to have guns, you rights are not infringed, you just can't afford to exercise them.. . . . Nice trick . . . . It is house bill 2387

On the good side they are trying to make it easier to get ammo by mail again in senate bill 1357 and they are trying to make it illegal for them to take your guns in an emergency like when Katrina hit, which I think they have done on the Fed level but this would be at the state level, that is Senate Bill 1401.
