This is a post by an Attorney General that actually gets it. We need more folks like this that actually understand what a right is and what the Constitution is.
Folks like this are much better for us all instead of the BS that we are seeing now in city's like Chicago. What do they do when they loose? do they admit the mistake and learn? no, they write up new laws that do the same thing, just worded different so that we will have to do this all over again. Wasting our time and lots of the peoples tax money.
It is too bad the citizens don't do what they need to. Instead of complaining and suing them again we need to get them out of office and replaced with folks that respect us and our rights!
